Kawai CA-701 RW SET

The CA701 is the second level instrument in the Concert Artist line and is the successor to the highly regarded CA79 premium digital piano. This updated model retains the leading Grand Feel III wooden keyboard of its predecessor, while introducing an all-new competition piano sound, reproduced with Kawai's advanced multi-channel SK-EX rendering sound engine. Complementing the existing SK-EX Concert Grand, the latest creation from Shigeru Kawai's flagship uses all-new sample data specifically designed from the player's perspective and features clear and clear sound.

The stunning Shigeru Kawai SK-EX piano tones of the CA701 have been processed with new audio hardware that includes a unique development with the piano sampling filter and premium DAC components. This high-fidelity sound is delivered by the CA701's stunning speaker system, which features advanced 360° speaker diffusers to deliver a rich and authentic musical experience for players and listeners alike.

The CA701's touch screen features an advanced anti-glare panel with a smooth, matte finish that reduces glare for better visibility. The instrument's user interface has also received various updates, including the ability to completely turn off the LCD display after a set period of operation to minimize visual distraction for the performer.

The CA701's wireless connectivity has also been revamped, with Bluetooth MIDI and Bluetooth Audio components using the latest v5 standard to ensure ultra-low latency, greater reliability and superior sound quality paired with the latest mobile devices.

Finally, the CA701's attractive cabinet design features a taller, more imposing top body and improved pedal position—refinements that combine to provide a more piano-like playing experience. Additionally, the CA701's music support features new sheet music support pins that can be lifted to hold thicker sheet music securely in place.
