Casio CDP-S100 B + stand

If you felt a little shock of déjà vu at the name CDP-S100, the chassis is basically the same as the CDP-120. In fact, the two pianos share the same cabinet, keyboard, and connectivity options, so it's very easy to get confused when comparing portable pianos side-by-side.

The product comes in two different colors: CDP-S100 (black) and CDP-S100 (silver), and both versions can be turned into a piece of furniture with the accompanying Casio CS-44P stand, which is sold separately.

The main interface of the Casio CDP-S100 is a Power button, a volume control button, a Demo mode, a multi-function button, two buttons to select Grand Piano or Electric Piano sounds, a new Metronome mode (which allows you to practice with the tempo) and the revamped Reverb section, which now includes a deeper Hall model that can be useful for enriching piano sounds.

Other advanced functions such as touch detection, transposition, built-in DSP (changing the intensity of the reverberation and the depth of the Chorus) and Metronome Tempo / Beat can be controlled using the Function button and the keyboard.

The top panel contains the two 8W-oval Full Force loudspeakers and a place to place the music stand, while the rear panel contains the headphone output, the Sustain connector, the USB port for the MIDI connection and the power supply connector.
