The improved Piano Room now features the sounds of the world-famous Yamaha CFX, Bösendorfer Imperial grand and vintage electric pianos.
In Session Mode, you can invite three other virtual musicians to your room to play for fun and practice in more than 40 different musical styles.
These studio musicians automatically follow your harmonies and volume changes with the new Dynamics Control.
Depending on the practice, you can turn the bands on and off separately.
With these advanced features, you can record your own gameplay with the push of a button.

Variety is the spice of life.

The CVP-705 contains hundreds of high-quality instrument sounds, including "Natural!", "Sweet!" and "Cool!" tones too. The timbres were sampled separately to complement the types of instruments. Yamaha Super Articulation tones (SA) also contain small characteristics typical of playing real instruments, so it is as if the sounds are being played by a virtuoso and not from a piano keyboard. Such playing technique sounds are, for example, the sound of fretboards, the tapping of the body of the guitar, or, in the case of wind instruments, the sound of the player inhaling and exhaling and the glissando technique. By changing the tilt, playing technical elements or using the pedals, the SA
timbres contribute significantly to realistic sound.

One of the greatest features of the CVP Clavinova is that you can accompany your playing in real time in a wide variety of different styles by playing chords. With style accompaniments, you can accompany your game with virtual musicians in various musical styles. By playing chords, you can set the harmony and dynamics of the accompaniment, the orchestration of the accompaniment can range from small jazz bands to full symphonic bands. Styles created with professional studio musicians selected from around the world give your playing a realistic, studio-quality orchestral accompaniment. With Styles, you can add lifelike Intro, Ending and Fill-In parts to your songs and re-orchestrate your playing in real time.

The CVP Clavinova is very patient: if you don't play the right notes, it waits until it does. All this is possible with CVP's unique Guide function. The Follow Lights library, unique to the CVP Clavinova, makes learning popular songs the easiest. Here you are not playing along with the recording, but the recording itself follows your playing.

All the input jacks are located in an easily accessible place on the front of the instrument, under the keyboard bed. Only Yamaha can make an instrument with such studio-quality effects (reverberation, echo, Vocal Harmony).
