The DGX-670 contemporary digital piano helps budding pianists master their studies in a fun way. It provides the players with every opportunity to perform in an orchestra and in the same way as the greats. With the built-in USB audio recorder, you can easily record musical ideas.

Welcome to the personal 'Piano Room' feature! The DGX-670 offers multiple virtual spaces where you can play multiple pianos in as many acoustic settings, creating a personalized practice and performance environment. Simply select the desired tone and the room, which can be a small room, a club stage or even a concert hall. In addition, you can even adjust the position of the piano lid!

Sing along!

Simply connect a microphone to the DGX-670 and sing along with your own accompaniment or a pre-recorded karaoke background from Yamaha Musicsoft. You can hear how everything sounds perfectly together on the built-in speakers. You can read the lyrics on the display. Three presets are provided for different vocal performance modes. You can create and save your own basic microphone settings including reverb and chorus effects.

Wirelessly with your iOS device

Optional wireless adapter for sending/receiving audio and MIDI to iOS devices with compatible music applications. Taking full advantage of this technology, 'Chord Tracker' lets you play songs from an iOS device's library on the DGX-670's speakers wirelessly. The application analyzes the files and displays the chord symbols on the display. It can also be used to create an XF audio file, which can be played with the styles of the DGX-670 accompaniment.

World-class concert piano sound - Pure CF Sampling
The 'Pure CF' sound system is the result of years of combining piano production with state-of-the-art recording technology and expertise. Yamaha is the market leader in digital piano technology, and this can be heard in the tones, which use 'Pure CF' samples. The sound of the famous Yamaha CFIIIS 9 concert piano is faithfully reproduced, allowing for incredible dynamics and expressiveness.

Authentic piano tilt, 88-key hammer mechanical keyboard
The Yamaha Graded Hammer Standard (GHS) keyboard has a weighted tilt, with a heavier feel in the lower register and a lighter feel in the upper register, just like an acoustic piano. It's great for advanced pianists to practice on this keyboard with proper technique and stability until it's time to perform on the acoustic piano.

Pedal resonance
Pedal resonance digitally reproduces the vibration that occurs between the strings of an acoustic piano. As with an acoustic, when the pedal is used, other strings add sonic color to the current notes until the pedal is released.

Easy-to-read sheet music and lyrics projector
The crystal clear LCD display can be switched to sheet music and lyrics projection, showing the sounds of the MIDI song played on the DGX-760 model. Play your favorite songs from the factory-loaded songs, or follow along by saving them to a USB device from Yamaha Musicsoft. But even your own poem, which you get on the DGX-670!

'Live! Cool!, and Sweet!' tones

Authentic guitars, light strings, percussive brass... the highly acclaimed 'Live! Cool!, and Sweet!' timbres consist of long, stereo and multi-layered samples that capture the essence of each instrument, such as the original resonance, performance and vibrato.

USB Audio recording/playback

Record your performance or MIDI song as an uncompressed CD-quality audio (WAV) file directly to a USB flash drive using the audio recording application. You can copy the tracks from the external device to the computer, burn them to a disc, share them on the Internet or copy them to a music player. You can also play back the uncompressed WAv file from the USB flash memory.

Chords simply. Like the big ones!

'Smart Chord' takes the player to an advanced level even if he is just learning to play the piano. With a single finger in your left hand, the 'Smart Chord' app sculpts entire chords from simple pop triplets to more complex jazz 7th and 9th chords. In the accompaniment section, you can also add a virtual orchestra, so the game can be played in full.

'Style Recommender' - choose a style easily

The 'Style Recommender' application helps you quickly and easily find the
suitable style when you know the music, but you don't know exactly what beat would suit it well. Simply play a few bars of the song you want to perform and the 'Style Recommender' will recommend a whole list of optional styles.

Make your mobile device loud!

Connect any external player via the AUX input and you can already hear it through the speakers of the DGX-670. The sound system of the DGX-670 is energetic, clear and optimally tuned for playing any kind of music.
